The apartment is located in the La Sella residential area which is perfectly situated in the valley of Mount Mungo set between Denia and Javea. La Sella complex itself includes - Golf, Tennis, Horse-riding, Supermarket, Pharmacy, Bars and Restaurants.

Both Denia and Javea offer award-winning Blue Flag beaches and are only 5/10 kms away. Sailing, Kite and wind surfing and a host of other water-sports are easily available. Denia has ferry boat trips to Ibiza & Majorca as well as many other destinations. The town itself is lively and friendly, lots of atmosphere, pavement cafes, tapas bars, restaurants. There is also a Safari Animal Park, Terra Mitica Theme Park, Aqualandia and Mundomar (Dolphins), are all within 30-40 minutes drive and offer great fun for all ages!
