The property is fully air conditioned, with accommodation which offers two double sized
rooms, each with twin beds, fitted wardrobes and cupboards.

The lounge area has a three seater double sofa bed as well as two reclining chairs with foot stools, and 2 x occassional/coffee tables. TV is supplied by cable with a selection of English channels which include BBC1, ITV, Channel 5, CBBC, Sky News, BBC news 24
and the golf channel. Remaining channels being a mixture of Spanish and German. 
There is also a mini HiFi system, with radio and CD player and a DVD player.  

The american style Kitchen/dining area contains an extendable table and four
chairs complimented with a convenient breakfast bar.

Within the kitchen are a fridge/freezer, oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, etc
and in the utility room next to the kitchen a washing machine, iron, clothes hanger and
other essential utility items.

 The property has a large tiled bathroom mediterranean in style with a powerful shower.

Leading from the lounge through a pair of sliding French doors is a large private
furnished terrace which is south facing with stunning views of Mount Mongo and the surrounding almond and orange groves. The vista completed well with good views of several of the back 9 holes of the La Sella championship golf course. 

Within one minutes walk of the property there are four good sized communal pools to choose from with several more available within the resort.

This is a no smoking apartment and sorry but pets are not welcome. 
The property is not suitable for wheelchairs.
